CASE STUDY | Keyes Building, Kings School

Keyes Building, Kings School – Associated Architects

The multi award winning practice, Associated Architects has been back at Kings School in Worcester again, and this is the third project there that Martine has covered for them.

This time, a multi purpose building has been created on a curved, split level site, meaning that entrances had to be formed at two different heights and for two separate users. The courtyard facade addresses the main school buildings & the cathedral and allows pupils to learn in the classroom spaces, sixth form centre and studios. The street level gives access for community users who also frequent the sporting facilities within.
